Champ of the Antibes Boat Show Cook Off Competition

Bertus took part in the Antibes Boat Show Competition
and was up against 8 competitors.

Lamb loin with red pepper and onion marmalade, butter bok choy and caramalized butternut

Quail galantine with creamy mushroomsm potato fondant and sauted chinese cabbage with truffle cream









Starter of blanched asparagus, bok choy and olive salad and lime grilled line fish with buerre rouge.
